i98FM Illawarra Convoy
Ross Transport is a proud supporter of the i98FM Illawarra Convoy. The Illawarra Convoy is an annual event on the third weekend of November that brings together truck enthusiasts with the aim to raise as much money as possible for our local charities. Organized by the i98FM radio station, it is a day of celebration as the communities comes out to support the convoy as it travels throughout the Illawarra region. The event raises money through merchandise sales, donations, and other fundraising efforts. Since its inception in 2005, It has become a beloved tradition within the Illawarra community and continues to grow in popularity with each passing year.
Ross Transport has been apart of the Illawarra Convoy from the beginning all the way back in 2005. Since then, we have proudly donated over a million to the Illawarra Convoy with our owner Alan Ross describing the day of the Convoy as ‘his Christmas’.
